10th Annual Christmas Light Switch On
Get ready to kick off the festive season in style as The Jewellery Quarter celebrates the 10TH ANNIVERSARY of its iconic Christmas Light Switch On!
This year’s switch-on marks a very special celebration for The Jewellery Quarter community, as the event enters its 10th year of bringing festive magic to Birmingham’s historic heart. Visitors can look forward to over 100 jewellery-themed festive lights illuminating the streets, alongside two spectacular 30-foot Christmas trees.
The festivities will officially begin on Golden Square at 5pm, with live music from The Black Jeans and Elle-J Walters, creating the perfect party atmosphere. At 6pm, a special guest will light up the Jewellery Quarter and set off the breath-taking fireworks display that has become one of the city’s favourite festive traditions.
Après Wonderland Opening Party
The Button Factory’s Après Wonderland has been a huge hit over the last 2 years, and they’re bringing it back for another magical season!
Join them for the official reopening party on 14th November with DJ Matt Smith, Baileys hot chocolate and plenty more festive surprises.
Candlelight & Quills : An Evening Tour
For one night only, the Pen Museum invites you on a captivating journey through the rich history of the pen trade. Discover the lives of the industry’s titans, including Josiah Mason, W.E. Wiley, Joseph Gillott, and the Mitchell Brothers. This never before seen in depth look at the Pen Pioneers give you a chance to see the museum in a magical new light and discover the stories that shaped a city.
This 90-minute tour takes place on 6th Novemeber and includes a Victorian-style tea of cake and refreshments, served in their atmospheric candlelit rooms.
Cinderella
Join Cinderella on the most exciting night of her life as she meets the magical Fairy Godmother and falls in love with the handsome Prince. Boo and hiss the evil step-sisters, and sing, dance and laugh with Cinderella’s best friend, Buttons!
Will Cinderella win the day and find romance with her one true love? Or will the nasty step-sisters spoil the day?
Fiorentina steak night
For one night only Trentina meets Fiorentina as we fire up the charcoal grill for a special steak night, featuring Dunwood farm 28-Day Salt Aged T-bone steak, alongside specially curated sides and wine pairings.
