Meet the team
The lettings division is headed by an experienced team of professionals:
Lucy Roberts, Head of Residential Asset Management: Lucy brings over 20 years of lettings experience from her senior leadership role at Pennycuick Collins. She leads an experienced team of five managing a diverse portfolio across the West Midlands, covering areas including Sutton Coldfield, Kings Heath, Shirley, and Solihull.
The portfolio includes city centre apartment complexes, major student accommodation developments in Birmingham, and properties ranging from individual landlords and family investment trusts to portfolio clients with over 100 units. Principle also manages over 4,000 homes on the Calthorpe Estate, including their rental portfolio.
Jaime Duffy, Business Development Manager for Lettings: Jaime has recently joined Principle, bringing eight years of comprehensive lettings industry experience, with expertise spanning negotiation, lettings legislation, home inspections, target marketing, and HMO management. She has worked for some of Birmingham’s biggest letting agency brands, including Connells and rentlife, progressing from lettings negotiator to senior management positions.
In her role at Principle, Jaime is spearheading the development of the lettings business strategy and driving expansion across the West Midlands market.
