About This Business
The name Txikiteo comes from the Basque language and refers to the tradition of bar hoping – moving from bar to bar, usually with friends, enjoying small glasses of wine and sharing plates along the way. Here at Txikiteo, we bring a taste of the Basque culture to Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
Our wine list features nearly 50 hand-pickled bottles that explore the diverse regions of Spain. Inspired by the tradition and taking inspiration from the vibrant and diverse flavours of the Basque region, our seasonal menus offer coal-fired small & large plates made for sharing.
